Cancelations & Rescheduling
Cancelations must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment date and time. Failure to cancel or reschedule in time will result in a fee of 50% of your service total to the card on file. If the card on file is not updated, charge must be paid before new appointments will be accepted. Please understand that when you forget to reschedule or cancel your appointment without notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients waiting on available appointment times miss the opportunity to receive services. My cancellation policy allows me to do my best to fill those appointment times as well as keep my schedule filled to better serve my clients. Multiple re-occuring reschedules can also result in a fee.
Late & No Show Clients
I allow for a 15 minute grace period before your scheduled appointment is canceled. Please note that showing up late to your appointment will shorten the available time that I have to complete your scheduled service. With notice, some exceptions may apply. Please contact me and communicate as early as possible if something has come up during your appointment time. A no show fee of 50% will be applied to all No Show Clients.
Different jurisdictions have different legal obligations of what must be included in a Privacy Policy. You are responsible to make sure you are following the relevant legislation to your activities and location.
Guests and Children
Please contact me if you are needing to have guests/children at your appointment as space in the treatment room is limited.
Early Arrivals
Due to a limited guest waiting area, I kindly ask that you are no more than 5-10 minutes early unless previously discussed. There will be an “in session” sign on my door while I am finishing up with a client and a “welcome” sign when I am ready for you! There is a small chair for a waiting area, but if you are able please wait in your vehicle.
Lash Fills
Clients must return to their fill appointments with 40-50% of their extensions remaining to be considered a fill. Following proper aftercare provided to you following your appointment is crucial to your retention. This is outlined at every full set service. Failing to do so could result in a full set being charged rather than fill pricing. Guests must return in the 2-3 week time frame. Anything past the three week mark will result in a new full set. Please feel free to message me if you are unsure about your fills prior. I am happy to discuss your retention!
Clean Lashes
Please come to all lash appointments with clean lashes. This ensures that I have adequate time to complete your lash fills or full sets. Failing to attend appointments with clean lashes could result in a fee or shortened appointment time for lashes to be applied. Please contact me if you are in need of a lash cleanse, so I can try to allow enough time. Please try to not wear makeup to your appointments. Eye makeup can affect lash retention and application. Makeup wipes will not remove oil or debris. All of this is outlined in your aftercare instructions provided.
